Completed the obligatory military service which lasted 23 months, received special training in Dog Handling and was mainly participating in response team and K9 units, apprehending state border perpetrators. At some point I was deployed at the Belarusian border as a grenadier. Demobilized from the army according to The Presidential Decree in April of 2024.

Worked with families walking them through the onboarding process in our Applied Behavioral Analysis program for kids with autism; navigating them through the paperwork needed to be collected or filled out in order to receive the care, assisting them throughout the process with multiple problems. Ensuring the clients were moving through the customer pipeline to the next stage, then handing them off to another department.

Providing the concierge service to the product users, making healthcare to them simple and clear by explaining their benefits and assisting with locating the most cost-effective and highly rated physicians and facilities for their needs. After conducting a thorough research, I was able to save over $20,000 on a hernia surgery for our user.

Handling all the billing queries and assisting customers with settling their accounts, managing customers’ subscriptions for their personal networks via phone, chat and tickets in Zendesk. Providing basic technical assistance as to the platform’s functionality, escalating further technical complaints to a next level of support via Jira/Confluence. Increasing the revenue of the department by implementing my own methods of processing the overdue invoices and upselling our plans.

Providing clients with necessary assistance via phone in regards to their airline ticket bookings, modifying their reservations in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, FLEX), checking fare rules of different airlines and keeping in touch with airlines’ representatives for getting further assistance if required, performing monthly KPI in Customer Retention, Revenue and Quality Assurance
