Responsibilities:

• Independently managing two projects and communicating with clients
• Generate ideas for new events
• Develop concepts for corporate gifts and merchandise
• Oversee the entire process of gift implementation for each team member, including communication, ordering, packaging, and shipping across Ukraine and the USA
• Provide the team with printed materials and business cards
• Approve budgets and concepts
• Organize and supervise fun, sports, and educational online/offline events
• Summarize event results and gather feedback from colleagues
• Work with feedback and analyze the success of the event
• Manage project resources and budgets
• Analyze results and resolve emerging issues
• Prepare financial reports
