I am involved in several projects from a group of companies united by common stakeholders:

2. Petsbro.bg - online pet store (Bulgaria)

3. Kavomolka - the chain of coffee shops (Ukraine, Odesa)

I work with cross-functional teams (including sales, designers, and marketers) as a team leader. The main focus of the work is on the project paradobuvi.ua where I perform a constant and continuous range of functions. The key responsibilities and achievements described below relate to work directly at paradobuvi.ua. In other projects from the list above, my involvement with teams or individually occurs as necessary.

Key responsibilities in Marketing team:

  • Management of the marketing team according to strategic tasks.
  • Generating ideas to create new opportunities that help grow the business.
  • Setting up a clear technical task for creatives, as well as personal participation in their creation (landings, banners, videos, publications, printing, etc.).
  • Work with embedding correct content in texts. Writing sales and appeal texts (Texts for websites, messages to clients via Viber and e-mails, appeals, offers, etc.).
  • Construction of concepts of digital funnels that contribute to converting a lead into a client and support implementing these funnels in SendPulse, and Leeloo services.
  • Interaction with PPC, SEO, and Targeting contractors.
  • HR. Search for performers and contractors on freelance exchanges to perform individual tasks of the team.
  • Creation of video instructions for using new site functions.
  • Work on improving the company's reputation and image.

Achievements in Marketing team:

  • Formed a marketing strategy following the goals and objectives of the company. Made a calendar schedule and ensured its step-by-step implementation.
  • Formed a marketing team and organized its work. (Described functions, goals, and tasks. Provided coordination of work and control of results).
  • Developed a detailed SMM strategy with clear KPIs, in which I defined the goals and methods of achieving them.
  • Organized the content production planning system and the calendar schedule of SMM activities.
  • Introduced a system of customer segmentation by assortment in 1C, which helps to make a better impact on the client.
  • Designed the Viber-bot operation logic following the commercial needs of the business and implemented it in cooperation with the developer.
  • Formulated the concept of the loyalty bonus program.Created and implemented a customer survey system that helps to assess the popularity of models before purchasing goods for storage.
  • Modeled an organizational structure for a group of companies, which is designed to ensure the most efficient work and serves as a kind of road map for making the right personnel decisions. Separated the roles and described the functionality.

Key responsibilities in UI/UX design team:

  • Planning, coordination and control of team work.
  • Track the latest trends in UI/UX design and innovations in user experience design to apply them to the team's work.
  • Idea generation, design and creation of new features for products and services according to companies' business goals.
  • Development and implementation of design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency of work with design in all company projects.
  • Development of information architecture and creation of wireframes to display the product idea.
  • Preparation for the development stage of detailed mockups and layouts of future WEB products.
  • Interaction with developers at various stages of the project: transfer of layouts to development, testing of results, making necessary changes in design or development.
  • Communicating with users to collect feedback, ratings and reactions to the product.
  • HR. Search for performers and contractors on freelance exchanges to perform individual tasks of the team.

Achievements in UI/UX design team:

  • B2B online store Parad Obuvi. Provided a full range of design works to create the visual part of the Online Store. Interaction with developers until the project is fully launched. Conceived and implemented many additional website functions that ensured the achievement of the marketing and commercial goals of the project.
  • B2B online store Lider OPT. Redesign of the online store.
  • Mobile app for Regional Representatives of Parad Obuvi. Initiated a project to facilitate the collection of data on retail outlets "in the fields". Formulated requirements and goals for the project based on the analysis of business processes. Created a prototype and layout. Supported the implementation in interaction with the developer.
  • Mobile application for Kavomolka. Prototyping and creating application layouts. Interaction with developers until the project is fully launched.

Key responsibilities in Sales team:

  • Organization and direction of regional representatives.
  • Coordinating the work of the orders department and the sales department.
  • Creation of sales scripts, scripts for dealing with objections, etc.
  • Training of managers and in the format of role-playing games.
  • Development of various sales funnels for different types of customers and specific tasks of the department.
  • Design and implement a new functionality for 1C: ERP that helps in the sales department's operational work, reporting, and analysis of results.
  • Development of motivational financial reward systems for employees.
  • Analysis of the results of employees' work and measurement of their efficiency.

HR. Searching for employees, conducting interviews, hiring, and adaptation.

Achievements in Sales team:

  • Invented a system of regular and continuous influence on the client through sales funnels, which are constant contact with customers and inclination to purchase. Initiated the introduction of the funnel system in 1C and accompanied its implementation. Organized the work of managers on this system.
  • Developed funnels for different types of clients - described each stage in detail in the form of scripts, text messages, etc.
  • Created a system for measuring the performance of managers.
  • Reorganized the sales department to separate sales functions from order processing functions.
  • Organized the work of the regional representatives and increased the sales of the entrusted regions by 35%.
  • Introduced a system of updating the existing client base. Accompanied its implementation in 1C. and organized the work of the manager responsible for updating.
  • Wrote some regulatory documents and instructions for the coordinated work of the department.Initiated the creation of customer service.
  • Systematized its work and defined the functionality for the responsible employee.
