As a seasoned leader, I worked as the Chief of Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Marketing. One of my notable accomplishments was developing an outstanding media platform for Ukrainian expats in the US and Canada. I led the creation of a strong business model, sales funnel, marketing campaigns and road-maps, A/B tests, and user experience enhancements. I also played a key role in building a successful sales department.

I joined Cinema Planet with my startup, to build the world's first cinema network with a streaming platform combined. Our vision was to offer customers the convenience of booking cinema tickets online and streaming movies and series. Additionally, I developed an entirely new internal Cinema Management System for the company.

I took charge of designing and overseeing the development of the MVP for a cutting-edge CTV SSP platform. Successfully delivering the MVP, meeting key performance indicators, and launching the platform for initial beta customers were among my notable achievements in this role. Additionally, I actively contributed to various other AdTech projects, further expanding my expertise in the field.

I was brought on board to spearhead the development of a robust and advanced SAAS product. Taking charge of all development processes, I meticulously integrated innovative features into the product. This involved close collaboration with company stakeholders and investors. Throughout this endeavor, I gained invaluable experience creating SAAS solutions, backed by substantial investments totaling over $20 million.
