• Interaction with suppliers in terms of missing or incorrect invoices. 
• Participation in month and year closing activities. 
• Clearing vendor, G/L account open items. 
• Preparation of payment proposal and payment run. 
• Posting of fixed assets. 
• Participate, take initiatives and active role in continuous improvement process and initiatives within Finance. 
• Investigates and resolves payment-related issues (duplicate, rejected and returned payments). 
• Monitors and resolves issues for non-payment of overdue invoices, from missing invoice copies, posting to the system up to payment. 
• Supporting the financial manager in preparing sales plan and calculation of tariff for SSC services.

• Manage the overall performance of the team (5 members) in line with agreed SLAs.

• Identify key performance indicators and effectively allocate responsibilities based on calculation FTE. 
• Develop a process improvement plan and delegate responsibilities among team members to achieve goals.

• Process invoices until the release of payment. 
• Find solutions and see opportunities for process improvements. 
• Contribute to the continuous maintenance and the update of Accounts Payable process activities and procedures as well as taking part in projects.
• Teach and support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements. 
• Assist and drive the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing. 
• Assist the team leader in tracking and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.

• Process PO related invoices and credit notes ensuring accurate coding & approval for payment. 
• Process non-PO related invoices to ensure accurate coding and approval for payment. 
• Perform Verification of Invoices in ReadSoft, Invoice Posting processing in SAP. 
• Achieve agreed KPI associated with Invoice Processing or any other related AP activities. 
• Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are adhere for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures. 
• Identify and develop process improvements plans when required.
