Achievements in this role:
- As the first-ever Recruiter of the company, I expanded the company's headcount by 2.5 times by recruiting a team of IT professionals - both delivery and non-delivery roles - within the first year of joining.
- Streamlined recruitment processes from scratch by implementing an ATS system, creating job offer templates, standardizing email templates, etc.
