At this position my duties included:
Examination and accurate labeling of vast video datasets
Identifying common patterns in datasets
Completion of the accompanying documentation
Creating assisting materials for newcomers

This position helped me to gain vast experience at the sphere of customer care that included ensuring cliens` satisfaction, proper documentation of requests and mastering Zendesk as a powerful tool in providing such a support.
