During my Erasmus in Slovenia, I had an invaluable opportunity to improve my management andleadership skills in a cross-cultural environment. As a student immersed in a vibrant academicenvironment, I actively participated in collaborative projects that required effective coordination andleadership.One notable experience is related to leading a multicultural team project aimed at sustainable logisticssolutions. This initiative not only broadened my understanding of various management methods, but alsosharpened my ability to overcome language and cultural barriers in a team.Through my Erasmus journey, I not only deepened my academic knowledge, but also developed thepractical management and leadership skills needed to facilitate collaboration in diverse and dynamicenvironments.
