- Organization of repair and construction works for the opening of new outlets;

- Technical inspection and measurements of new facilities;

- Development of technical specifications and estimates for repair and construction works;

- Concluding contracts for repair and construction works;

- Controlling the work of contractors at the facility, acceptance of work performed;

- Reviewing certificates of completion, and commissioning of facilities;

- Supporting the process of work execution at all stages of project implementation, supervising construction works, interacting with the Project Manager;

- Assist the customer in collecting construction permits, obtaining technical specifications, passing the project examination process, and obtaining the Permit to Start Construction of Facilities;

- Coordinate activities with other projects;

- Conducting needs assessments and preparing defect reports and estimated cost of works;

- Conducting regular field visits to construction sites to ensure the quality of work and provide advice as needed;

- Ensuring that the project is implemented in accordance with the law and state building codes, ensuring that standards are applied in each case.
