I have a vast experience working as Customer Support Executive in an international company in Dubai(ALARABIYA 4 U BUSSINESS SETUP L.L.C) where I was in a constant communication with company's clients, were able to come up with various sorts of solutions to keep them positive. My responsibilities included not only communication with the clients, but also processing their documents, sending their payment for verification, creation of the quotations, keeping track of the applications and many more.
