Direct responsibilities:

-creating and maintaining test documentation.

-Functional, non-functionaltesting.

-Feature and regression testing.

-Review user stories and productspecifications to gain a high-levelunderstanding of functionality;

-preparing demo presentations of the productfinal version , presenting it to businessowners.

-close cooperation with Product Owners,Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to define user stories and technicalrequirements.

Responsibilities: testing a new bank applicationfor creating and editing transactions in system,integration of application to frontend and backendsystems.working with SQL selects (MySQL, DBVisualizer)API calls (SOAP UI)bug tracking (documenting defects in Jira)

Responsible for the day to day management ofthe Helpdesk serviceResponsible for monitoring performanceagainst agreed metrics and SLA’s so as tocontinuously improve the Helpdesk deliveryprocessesOwnership of the resolution of escalated Level 2complex customer problems (handling the customers' tickets includes analysis andworking with xml files, using SOAP UI,VisualStudio Code, Notepad++)Setup and support new customers so they canuse the company platform and servicesManage identification and escalation ofincidents including coordinating business inputs and acitivities.
