- limit and acceptance information on the supply of the object with materials;

- projects for capital repair according to the defective act;

- passing a construction examination of the estimated part with a positive conclusion;

- protection of interests before the customer (contractor);

- development of tender tasks, drafting of tender proposals, including in the ProZorro system.

- consultations, incl. regarding the correct representation of incurred costs in accounting.

Technical Supervision:

- Control over the project decision, construction period, requirements of regulatory documents;

- Inspection of the quality of construction and installation works, of primary documentation, of the construction schedule;

- Control over the execution of geodetic works;

- Control over the scopes of works according to the project and actual;

- Reading of the AVK program, names of works and scopes;

- Writing of business correspondence between the general contractor and the customer;

- Writing of technical specifications from the customer;

- Photo report for weeks on the condition of the object;

- Inspection filling in logs at the facility;

- Signing acts of hidden works, acts of additional works, acts of inspection.
