My responsibilities inclyde a full cycle of closing a vacancy
(communication with the client company, clarification of all the
details of the position, posting a vacancy on job portals, active
search for candidates, screening interviews, communication with
an internal recruiter, etc. until the candidate is hired).

• Searching and selecting candidates of different technologies (Front-end, Back-end, Full Stack, QA) and levels (Middle, Senior, Tech Lead, Team Lead);

• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews with candidates;
• Supporting candidates during the entire hiring process;
• Providing feedback to the candidate;
• Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates;
• Maintaining a database of candidates.
