? Communicating with custodians, portfolio managers, and key personnel across BNY Mellon to investigate and resolve corporate action cash and holding discrepancies;

? Corporate actions processing (ex. Mergers & acquisitions, stock dividends, rights issues, spin-offs, redemptions , etc) through various stages, including pre-reconciliation, market elections, payment, post-payment reconciliation, while ensuring adherence to CASS and CAP regulations;

? Preparing, managing, and reconciling daily/monthly general ledger reports to reflect cash and asset exceptions and positions;

? Reconciling large sets of cash and stock breaks to ensure adherence to CASS and CAP regulations and providing regular updates to the senior management;

? Carrying out analysis on existing processes and reflecting changes in procedures in line with regulatory changes;

? Processing and assisting with high complexity and high value reconciliation data sets to ensure timely payments to clients;

? Assisting clients in their understanding of complex events and market practices;

? Providing continuous support and training to the rest of the team members across different systems, ensuring that after some time they were able to work independently and handle more complex events/reconciliation and guide new hires on the processes.
