• Provision of legal services to a wide range of clients in the field of legal consulting;• Support of the practice of corporate law in the company;• Work experience in the IT sector, full support of a resident of Ukraine in the field of IT services: drafting software development agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements, development of terms and conditions for web resources, cookies, know-how transfer agreement, familiar with the GDPR;• Cooperation with counterparties from various jurisdictions: BVI, Hungary, Switzerland, England, India, Nigeria;• Registration of trademarks (marks for goods and services);• Attorney work (trials, attorney requests, support of interrogations, searches, claim work, etc.);• Providing legal assistance in the field of copyright protection.
Achievements:• Support of a resident of England in a criminal proceeding on the issue of confiscation of funds. Jurisdiction of the case – Latvia. Drafting of procedural documents (applications, petitions, lawsuits, collection of evidence and their consolidation, etc.), interaction with law enforcement and judicial authorities of Latvia; • Experience of cooperation with foreign public organizations in the field of charity (Rotary International);• Work experience in the IT industry, preparation of contracts with counterparties from various jurisdictions, preparation of a know-how transfer contract.

Responsibilities:
• Participation in commercial (corporate, bankruptcy proceedings), civil, criminal and administrative cases (preparation of procedural documents: statements of claim, appeals, statements to provide evidence/lawsuit, petitions, etc.);• Organization of systematic monitoring of the company's court cases;• Organization and support of notarial agreements;• Purchase-Sale of corporate rights (preparation of contracts for the purchase and sale of corporate rights, state registration;• Registration of changes in the membership of the company, change of CEO, charter, address, beneficial owner, etc;• Experience of working with a joint-stock company (submission of orders to the National Depository of Ukraine, publication of notices of meetings, preparation of minutes of shareholders' meetings; • Preparation and submission of complaints to the High Council of Justice, the General Prosecutor's Office, the Commissioner for Human Rights, committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Achievements:• Drafting of contracts in English, in particular: supply contract, agency contract, service contract, foreign currency loan contract, non-disclosure agreements;• Obtaining consent to service a foreign currency loan agreement with a non-resident in a Ukrainian bank;• Work experience in the field of mortgage legal relations (analysis of mortgage contracts, legal analytics, drawing up a protocol of disagreements, writing and submitting claims and other procedural documents).
