I was given the additional responsibility of overseeing the launch of a chain of stores. My tasks included collecting and entering information into a database, maintaining sales and purchasing statistics, developing inventory and efficiency panels, and developing analytics.

I was promoted to the position of Analyst, where my responsibilities expanded to include creating dashboards, comprehensive statistical reporting for all departments, analyzing competitors, coordinating the work of managers and developing presentations for investors. New Fleets were gradually added over the course of 2 years, such as: “Uklon”, “Bolt” and “Taxi 838”, which I also administered and analyzed.

My responsibilities included data management, database administration, and coordination of operations. Involved in collecting and entering critical information into a database, maintaining complex statistics and conducting basic analysis of collected data to extract information. In addition, I monitored the execution of travel plans and managed related financial aspects such as driver salaries, promotions, bonuses and expenses.
