1.Perform work in the areas of his qualifications according to his line manager’s instructions, include the following jobs and functions:- Storekeeper Assistant- Mechanic Assistant- Driver Assistant- Maintenance Agent- Hygiene Agent- Asset management- Premises management -Fleet management

2. Performing all necessary safety measures for each work done and ensure the same for all hiscollaborators

3. Ensure cleanliness of common working areas

4. Mainteint the proper use, storage and maintenance of the equipment and tools provided

5. In absence of a Warehouse Assistant, support the Pharmacy Manager on the correct stockmanagement and transport/storage procedures of medical items and supervise storageconditions (e.g. humidity, temperature, light exposure, cleanliness, pest and rodents control,stock security, maintenance of cold chain, etc.), classification, organization and inventory, toguarantee the quality of the medicines and other medical material, and prevent damage,financial losses generated by expired items, deterioration and robbery

6. Perform tasks delegated to Me

7. Management of the team including 5 drivers and 3 cleaners

8. Focal point for new Expats and national workers 9. Warehouse management
