Responsibilities:

  • Search for financially viable leads (leads under $2).
  • Efficient allocation of advertising funds (ROI over 200%).

I had one assistant on the team who helped with launching advertising campaigns, and I also received assistance from colleagues from other departments.

Based on the sales department's needs, plans were established regarding the number of leads. Accordingly, I planned advertising budgets and lead acquisition strategies each month, coordinating them with the marketing department head.

I accomplished the set goals and tasks:

  • Funnels: CPL less than $2, ROI over 200%.
  • YouTube: cost per subscriber (CPS) less than $0.7, targeting a business audience.
  • Telegram: cost per subscriber (CPS) less than $1, targeting a business audience.
  • I configured, launched, and optimized advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Tik-Tok.

Additional tasks:

I created reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and compiled data summaries for specific periods. Additionally, I prepared technical tasks and handed them over for development to programmers, designers, as well as the marketing and video production departments.

Since I have a deep understanding of SEO, I took the initiative to optimize the website. For several months, I was engaged in SEO promotion, but the company later hired a specialist as I couldn't manage it all. In addition, I set up Google Analytics for the company.

The primary goal of advertising was to attract subscribers to the funnels. Throughout the entire period, advertising was launched for over 20 funnels. The minimum subscription cost was $1, with an average of $1.7. The maximum number of leads per day exceeded 1800. I am proficient in working with substantial budgets. I developed a diversification strategy for advertising, which helped consistently acquire leads during Facebook's stormy periods.

In addition to the main goal, I was offered to work on YouTube subscriptions. Before my involvement, the channel had 80,000 subscribers, and at the time of my departure, there were 165,000. The minimum cost per subscriber was $0.2, with an average of $0.7 for a business audience.

On Telegram, for several months, the audience was growing through advertising on other channels without my involvement, but problems with retention arose. Afterward, we decided to test advertising, and I developed a strategy that worked successfully. The cost per subscriber was minimal - $0.35, with an average of $1. The target audience was also business-oriented, and interestingly, users didn't mass-unsubscribe from the advertising. We managed to gain about 20,000 subscribers before my departure.

I constantly studied marketing trends and implemented new tools into my work. I believe that a satisfactory result in our cooperation was achieved thanks to the trust of the management and the efforts of a great team. I am very grateful for this experience.
