- Implementation of structured psychological interventions in-line with evidence-based practices, IASC MHPSS and other international guidelines in Odeska amd Mykolaivska oblasts. Providing guidance and support to MHPSS team (Psychologists, PSS workers, Case managers).
- Working with MHPSS and IMC other program teams, communities to ensure activities meet IASC guideline standards and are implemented with safety and sustainability.
- Conduction/participation in MHPSS needs assessments, indetification new locations for providing MHPSS activities.
- Support in provision skill-based workshops/training to identified service providers such as local and regional government agencies, IMC and partner staff, national and international NGOs and others working with vulnerable populations.
- Maintaining close communication, mentoring and provision support to local partner (NGO) to effectively coordinate and plan their activities.
- Overseing and support in strengthening regional links and referral mechanisms for MHPSS services, in coordination with the MHPSS Technical Working Group.
- Participation in the recruitment process: shortlisting, interviewing, selection of new employees. Managing a team of 15 staff on 3 sites.
- Ensuring high quality IMC and donor reports on activities, indicators and achievements.
- Support on tracking of beneficiaries using agreed M&E tools
- Participation in routine reporting and planning meetings to ensure adherence to standards of care and reporting requirements are followed.

- Reporting / communications / representation: providing information on the security situation; ensuring timely and efficiently communicating with all SI departments at base level; ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and formats; maintaining a local communications and good relationships with local and governmental authorities in hromadas of Mykolaivska and Khersonska oblasts, donor representatives, UN agencies, and other international agencies; assuring SI's representation in the meetings (Clusters, OCHA, etc).
