• Lead and inspire a small team of experienced recruitment professionals, ensuring they are delivering a high quality, and efficient recruitment process to their stakeholders
• Partner with local HR, hiring managers, leaders to build a recruitment plan that is in line with business expectations, and aligned to the overall recruitment strategy
• Hands-on delivery of end to end recruitment for key hires eg requisition management, sourcing, candidate management

• Develop and implement strategies to attract passive candidates using online databases, social &professional networks (eg LinkedIn), and other innovative sourcing methods
• Work closely with the business to develop recruitment campaigns which support recruitment drives or growth initiativesLiaison & management of 3 rd party recruitment agencies, continuously assess agency performance
• Work proactively with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the future talent needs of the business, and ensure appropriate talent pipelining strategies are in place
