* Operational accounting;

* Development Travel Policy and travel report. Work with internal Travel and Expense Policy, PE employees;

* Processing of Expenses, Travel, and Visa tasks for PE employees; entry in the database Oracle in AP module, 1C, Help Desk; JIRA, COUPA. Reviewing and processing employee travel, visa, and FN expense reports according to company policies and procedures;

* Prepayments and Recalculation of travel expenses, support travelers on the trip. Relocation expenses. Reconciling travel expenses with receipts, invoices, and other supporting documentation;

* Analysis of unclosed travel, visa, and FN expenses every month. Ensuring accurate categorization and allocation of expenses in Oracle;

* Effectively communicate with employees regarding expense policy guidelines and reimbursement procedures;

* Internal cash reporting PE;

* Support BCP project ( business continuity planning ).

* Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable;

* Banking operations. Client bank;

* Foreign currency transactions ( accounting purchase/sales of currency, payment to non-residents );

* Payments with accountable persons;

* Cash transactions;

* Provision of services;

* Maintaining a register of tax invoices, and a journal of attorney;

* Conduct an inventory;

* Experience in passing ( participation ) in tax, and auditing;

* Preparation of documents for opposing audits;
