Key responsibilities:

• Analyzing requirements, creating backlogs;
• Managing the team of developers, designers, and QA;
• Providing reporting on the progress of tasks and the project;
• Tracking workload, deadlines, and progress on each project’s tasks;
• Conducting one-to-one sessions with team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the full project cycle: from starting the project to successful project release/support stage;
• Finding, communicating with, and assigning tasks to freelancers;
• Organizing meetings and conferences, and preparing necessary materials;
• Monitoring and controlling the deadlines for task completion and responsible persons;
• Creating and monitoring invoices for the client.
