Since November 2023, I have been directly involved in the opening of a safe space for girls in Kharkiv.

-During the absence of the manager, I acted as the space manager, ensuring the continuity of the safe space for girls in Kharkiv. My responsibilities included organizing administrative activities, managing personnel, and monitoring all processes to ensure the effective functioning of the space. In addition, I conducted training for new managers and case managers who joined the team, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to work with beneficiaries, as well as to maintain the high standards of the organization.

- Oversaw all administrative issues regarding the opening, starting with delivery, assembly and installation of furniture.

- Developed strategies for attracting clients and events to attract beneficiaries (held events).

- Attended coordination meetings to establish relationships with the city's social services and cooperate with other humanitarian organizations.

- Created the Telegram channel "Safe Circle" and fully manage it to this day.

- Maintains reports on the attendance of beneficiaries.

- Established a favorable clear opportunity to distribute dignity kits for women in the space.

-I participated in the distribution of dignity kits both in the dormitories and during the evacuation of the center.

- I control all content, photos, videos, signing consents and uploading for further reporting.

During the year of the center's operation, I found teachers and institutions for cooperation, which greatly contributed to the influx of girls to the center. Also, with the psychologist, we developed classes according to the standard program "Self-help +", so that the girls were interested in participating in it. I conduct art meetings, and various MHPSS activities. I provide basic psychological support and first psychological aid. I participated in planning and conducting events on GBV in the center and outside.
