manage the full recruitment cycle;

work on over 4 IT positions concurrently;

develop sourcing strategies;

source candidates across diverse platforms(LinkedIn, Github, Gitlab, Behance.net, Dou, professional communities, forums);

utilize advanced search techniques and tools;

leverage internal candidate database;

evaluate CVs and assist candidates with resume creation;

conduct candidate screening interviews, facilitate presentations, provide ongoing support, and build relationships;

handle a variety of technical and non-technical, domestic and international vacancies;successfully fill IT vacancies;

collaborate closely with the recruitment team, development department, Team Leads, HR Manager, and Sales Manager;

create recruitment materials (presentations, flyers, job postings, social media posts, videos) using design software;

participate in onboarding new employees;

continuously learn about and analyze the IT market.

My responsibilities: - organisation and participation in culture mass work in various spheres at local, region, all-Ukrainian and international stages; - communication with pedagogues, children and people from different organizations; - monitoring work, business documents; - keeping groups and site (publishing posts, writing articles and submitting reports on the work of the organisation); - conducting online lessons, holding events, organising trainings, competitions, conferences; - assessment, arrangement, registration and presenting children's handmades; - making photo collages and video editing.
