• Stabilization of work processes at the beginning of a full-scale invasion of russian forces into Ukraine
• Сoncept development and implementation of internal Workforce Management tool

• Succesful management of 6 locations and more than 20 projects
• Development of an internal reporting system, which reduced the time spent on filling out reports by 22% daily
