With a good background in various knowledge, including e-commerce, in 2016 I became a senor at the wonderful Renklod company. At this company, my responsibilities included: designing UI/UX for the company's online stores and their subsequent HTML/CSS/JS layout, maintaining and improving existing sites, developing landing pages, drawing advertising banners, and creating packaging designs for kitchen appliances. When I joined the company, there were 6 stores, and in a year their number grew to 10. The volume and pace of work were incredible, I could no longer cope on my own, and I was given the go-ahead to assemble my own team. So I grew from a sinior to a team leader with a small team of 4 cool specialists - 2 designers, one front-end and one back-end. When I left the company, there were already 16 cool, working, selling stores that my team and I created. And I am very proud of that.

З хорошим багажем різнманiтних знань, зокрема і в e-commerce, у 2016 році потрапив сеньйором у прекрасну компанію Renklod. У цій компанії до моїх обов'язків входило: проєктування UI/UX інтернет-магазинів компанії та їх подальша HTML/CSS/JS верстка, підтримка та доопрацювання наявних сайтів, розробка лендінгів, відмальовування рекламних банерів, створення дизайнів упаковок для кухонної техніки. Коли я прийшов у компанію було 6 магазинів, за рік їхня кількість зросла до 10. Обсяг і темпи роботи були неймовірні, сам я вже не справлявся і мені дали добро на те, щоб зібрати свою команду. Так із синьйора я виріс до тім ліда з невеликою командою з 4 крутих спеціалістів - 2х дизайнерів, одного фронту і одного бека. У момент мого уходу з компанії, на рахунку було вже 16 крутих, працюючих магазинів що продають, які ми з командою створили. І я дуже цим пишаюсь.

In 2015, thanks to 5 years of commercial experience, I decided to launch my own training courses in UI/UX design and Front-End development. It took me a whole year to create programs, record and edit training lessons, assemble a sales team, and launch the product on the market. Perhaps it could have been done faster, but I wanted to make the lessons as clear and rich as possible, without water and other bullshit, and I actually succeeded. At the same time, I did some freelance work to raise funds for marketing my product. After the start of sales, I spent the first couple of months building a course support team and had a little rest after a long IT marathon)

На складання програм, запис і монтаж навчальних уроків, збір команди продажників і виведення продукту на ринок у мене пішов цілий рік. Можливо, це можна було зробити швидше, але я хотів зробити максимально зрозумілі та насичені уроки, без води та іншої фігні і, власне, мені це вдалося. Паралельно з цим підробляв на фрілансі, щоб зібрати кошти на маркетинг мого продукту. Після початку продажів, перші пару місяців займався побудовою команди підтримки курсів і трохи відпочивав після затяжного IT марафону)
