Providing customers with rates and information about services over the phoine / live chat / emails. Updating customers about existing orders (status / tracking / claims). Submitting new orders via phone or emails. Charging customers credit cards (if needed) submitting refunds. Contacting vendors about ETA, status and any issues,

Getting the loads from board.

Reports / documentation.
