• Ensuring effective procurement planning and tracking for mission.
• Responsible for the proper flow of communication within the mission (supply teams, Ops, Med and support depts) and with external stakeholders (suppliers, etc ).
• Coordination / advising logistics officers and assistants across the mission.Monitoring the efficient implementation of the overall supply procedures (demand planning, procurement, importations , warehousing, distribution) proposing adjustments when needed.
• Responsible for anticipating risks linked to the supply chain.
