1) Designed the process of opening a credit card online that to allows customers to easily and quickly open a card within the application, eliminating the need to visit bank branches.
2) Redesigned utility payments that increased the number of payments per month by more than 2 times.
3) Designed requisites auto-filling functionality that enhanced the user experience and eliminated the need for manual entry of account numbers.
Product 2. Internet banking for private enterpreneurs and their trusted persons
1) Redesigned online onboarding process that Improved the user experience for customers, gained over 45% new customers, and reduced average time from 90 minutes to 25.
2) Redesigned a main screen that improved the user experience of interacting with their accounts and providing free space for future functionalities.
3) Designed grouping of individual entrepreneurs in the account of a trusted person that gave the opportunity to trustees to carry out routine operations on selected private entrepreneurs, such as group auto sale of currency, export of payments, etc.
