* Operations’ resources & subsidiary infrastructure management within Ukraine. Regional strategy & initiatives assembling & realization. Determination of operations strategies results throughout Ukraine & with a glance of local demands. Management of service improvement, operations KPIs & costs. Providing professional customer service for the customers. Providing expertise in logistics, decisions taken & company’s sales support;

* Maintaining commercial & sales initiatives on operations expertise & resources, especially in determining the practicability of providing services & operations costs analysis; implementation of new products & services; improvement of operations practices that meet the needs of the customers;

* Development, support & coordination of internal communications between the OPS Department & other departments within the company; * Introduction & improvement of existing policies, procedures & processes of the company;

Job responsibilities:

1) management of the Customer Service Department:

* control & analysis of finished goods export to the CIS & EU countries / the whole cycle of Customer Service;

* concluding & administration of external economic contracts;

* receipt of orders for shipment, analysis & execution; preparation of the corresponding documentation.

2) management of the Customs Brokerage Department.

3) management of the Transport Department:

* transportation logistics; subdivision’s staff management;

* coordination & control of local & international transportations & deliveries;

* creation, calculation, development, implementation of new transport projects; tenders’ holding;

* coordination of corporative fleet park, regularly maintenance, servicing, insurance.

4) management of the Warehouse Department:

* production logistics; warehouse logistics;

* machineries & fork-lifts handling section (16 units) coordination;

* coordination of maintenance & repairing jobs at warehousing premises.

5) miscellaneous:

* the Product Supply Department ISO coordinator;

* creation & implementation of internal regulations & procedures for purchasing, supplying, warehousing, stocking, selling of goods & services; export/import, external economic activities; personnel motivation programs development;

* the Product Supply Department SHE coordinator (labor safety & environmental protection, enterprise’s industrial safety & accident prevention);

* the every single subdivision’s budget planning & management thereof;

* the Enterprise Internal Auditor for compliance with ISO9001:2000; ISO14001:2004 & 5S;

* the Head of Enterprise’s Stock-Taking Inventory Committee – development, preparation & coordination of stock-taking activities at SC Johnson, Ukraine;

* development & implementation of cost-saving & cost-avoiding projects, improvement & simplification of export & import procedures.

Job responsibilities:

2) Intercompany Business project leader (export/import among Kraft branches – the CIS & EU countries):

* creation, calculation, development, new export projects introduction;

* creation, calculation, development of cost-saving & cost-avoiding projects;

* concluding & administration of external economic contracts;

* FGs production & WH stocks control / WHs management & logistics;

* transportation logistics;

* the customs logistics.

3)

* purchasing of direct & indirect materials & services (international & local procurement);

* purchasing necessity logistics (analysis of production plans, sales, marketing actions);

* concluding & administration of external economic & local contracts;

* supply & WHs operation management.

4) Enterprise Internal Auditor for compliance with ISO9001:2000; ISO14001:2004:

* organization & execution of internal audits, stock-taking activities;

* work assignment in auditing & stock-taking groups;

* reports preparation;

* planning & analysis of the following developing actions;

* creation & implementation of universal working procedures & quality instructions.

5) miscellaneous:

* creation & implementation of internal instructions & procedures of Goods & Services buying, delivering;

* stocking & selling; export/import, external economic activities;

* annually participation in Kraft agricultural program;

* plant’s waste selling project leader;

* have developed & applied into industry & business process many cost-saving & cost-avoiding, export simplification projects.
