Position: Chief Accountant & Finance Manager for Ukraine and CIS countries I developed and implemented the full cycle for export sales in B2C format starting from getting payments by internet acquiring to preparing customs declaration, currency, and tax controls.

Submitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to Tax inspections and Statistics office and submitting consolidated reports for CIS countries to the HQ in the USA.

Ensuring that all statutory obligations have been duly met in the preparation of accounts. Responsible for payroll processing and reporting, monthly budget reporting. Managing bank accounts, performing bank reconciliations, generating cash management reports.Developing and implementing measures to improve the efficiency of the accounting system, procedures, and practices. Knowledge of import-export process.

Coordinated the activities of bookkeepers, accountants, controllers, analysts, and auditors to ensure the smooth functioning of the accounting department.Monitored the preparation of the final financial statements. Checking for any fraud or misstatements. Confirming that the true financial position of the company was reflected in the statement.Coordinated with the tax consultant to prepare and file tax returns.
