About my previous work experience, I worked with ARCE Company. But as a Customer Support Agent with LIME, i was charged with the primary responsibility of carefully understanding our clients general experience, resolving customers queries, Recommending solutions, Guiding product users on Features & functionalities. Thus providing them with prompt, precise and well detailed solutions and answers on any of their request in line with the company's policy.Hence, maintaining, building and maintaining a positive relationship between the organization and its clients.

With Nestle Company, I worked in the Position of a BSO Officer (Best Seller Outlet).

This is a Field Customer Experience Position, where we personally communicate with Customers to make sure that all their orders and request are been met accordingly.

In addition, with the aid of Fieldpro App, our duty was to locate and Communicate with Customers to know their level of Satisfaction, disappointed and general experience with the company.
