Finance and administrative manager for two sub-delegations (Lviv and Vinnitsya).Responsible for finance and administration questions. Organization of cash flow and control quantity of cash in both offices on healthy level for payments in cash/bank and for emergency situations. Check/approve documents before payment in cash or bank way. Approve requests/SRs after check of budget for those expenses. Control use of budget in both SDs. Control of payments to suppliers according to contracts/agreements. Focal person of internal control and audit. Implementing the procedures and rules in sub-delegations. Training staff of F&A Department and other departments in finance related question.
In regular contact with main delegation for finance related questions. Focus on meeting deadlines of finance monthly/yearly processes in AoR.
Running premises of structures - offices, warehouse, residences, parking. Search of new premises according to internal standards and SOPs. Negotiations with landlords different questions. Control of premises conditions, comfort and security both active and passive. Organization of training for fire security for all staff. Briefings for new staff members of premises and way to use it. Respond to mobile colleagues on their requests related to residences.
Organization of accommodation of staff in field, preparing of events and meetings. Training admin staff in accordance to policy and standards to fulfill welcome tasks. Regular check of hotel service organization use permanently, search for new hotels to wide network for different accommodation request.
Support in HR related questions. Play role of mediator between departments, management, interlocutors. Support departments/sub-delegations in different ways, etc.

- Maintaining accounting records of the sub-delegation in accordance with the internal rules of the organization.
