On the position of Audit senior manager gained experience in a variety of industries, mainly: retail, agriculture, IT and oil & gas. I am responsible for:

Managerial

• direct client negotiations on terms of services (scope, time, fees);
• leading the audit fieldwork and supervision of up to 30 employees engaged on 5-6 audits simultaneously;
• coordinating work of several EY offices during audit of international groups;
• planning, budgeting and reporting on key performance indicators of audit engagements;
• staff management (hiring, performance assessment, promotion decision) and development (training and day-to-day supervision).

Accounting

• preparation of separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP and Ukrainian GAAP;
• analysis of client’s business processes and procedures. Testing clients’ internal control system and assessing areas for improvement;
• financial performance analysis (profitability, key financial performance ratios, variance analysis etc.);
• preparation of financial models (including DCF);
• ensuring client’s compliance with accounting and tax legislation, including Diia City compliance reports;
• assisting clients in improving their financial reporting and accounting systems.
