DCA works with survivor and community-led response, infrastructure re-establishment, protection and humanitarian mine action to meet the local humanitarian needs of Ukrainians suffering under the Russian invasion. My responsibilities:

• Overseeing financial accounting
• Preparation of financial reports for the donors
• Preparation of budget vs. actual reports, analysis of deviations
• Cash forecast and staff funding overview
• Engagement with the auditors
• Facilitation of learning sessions for finance team, etc.

The company develops its own products. I’ve been dealing with:

• Preparation of financial reports (profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet)
• Management reports (analysis of most material expenses) ? Cash flow planning
• Setting up the new accounting system
• Assistance with month closure procedures

The company develops SaaS platforms for neuromarketing research, UI/UX tests and surveys. Due to the company's limited financial and human resources I had a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Project management
• Product analytics
• Business analysis
• Financial reporting
• Overseeing the customer service function
• Recruitment.

One of the Big4 audit and consulting firms. I started my career as intern, received my first two promotions in less than a year. Participated in audit engagements with companies in different sectors of economy including banking, insurance, manufacturing, charity organizations and others.

During the last couple of years my responsibilities were:

• Planning and oversight of the audit engagement
• Allocation of responsibilities to junior team members, review of their work
• Leading communication with clients, senior team members and colleagues from other departments and offices
• Preparation or review of financial statements, presentation of audit findings
• Participated in several trainings as a facilitator and been a counselor for a couple of junior colleagues (guided their career development).
