Dmytro Prystai has been working in FERKEL ApS. referring to me since the company was established and I

took over the management as a partner May the 1st 2020.

Dmytro has in the period from May the 1st been carried out the following jobs:

1. Caretaking of weaned pigs, which include daily inspection, feeding, feed production, treatments,

vaccination, cleaning, and disinfection.

1. Assisting jobs in the farrowing unit, which include piglet feeding, castration, injection, weaning,

moving sows, cleaning, and disinfection.

1. Assisting in weekends in young gilt, insemination, and gestation unit, which include inspection,

treatments, and insemination.

1. Various jobs, such as maintenance, garbage handling, dead animal handling etc.

Dmytro has accomplished his tasks satisfactorily.

Dmytro is a very positive person with good English communication skills. Beside carrying out his tasks, he is

also a team player with good social competences.

Dmytro resigns at his own request after 18 months training period in Denmark.
