Taking part time job as a CEO of the online educational platform, I’m insuring that whole team of different departments work together in harmony. I’m planning goals and making administrative decisions to achieve them.

As a dedicated to the voluntary division all my life, I’m helping the organization with the concerns that Ukrainian refugees are facing in Europe. I’m managing a little team of integration coaches on daily basis and support refugees with private consultations.

As an international lawyer in one of the biggest CIS consulting teams, I've raised to the managerial position in fact, I have had a team of paralegals under my sole control and we made a good effort to build successful working team of professionals. I've managed to build licensing processes as a close circle of services, I've provided my own document flow decision to the team, time management improved and client feedback (one of the most important thing in business) raised to higher level. I used my communicative features to obtain new agents all over the world and improved legal document basis of the company.

This position considered as a top managerial position in semi-governmental institution. Top tier gas and oil producers, including the biggest state - Naftogaz Ukraine, are beneficiaries of the association. During my term of serving as a Senior lawyer we've managed to stop from passing the governmental approval legislative project of the law that could have big negative impact in the sphere and in investments to it by negotiations with highest Ukrainians officials and public speeches in ministries Furthermore, by drafting the new amendments to the law we've made possible to invest more in the sphere.

Taking position of the middle associate at Delloite's legal department I was responsible for AML procedures and internal contracts and negotiations. During my cooperation with Deloitte, I've provided unique system of AML document analysis which made AML process much easier by digitizing it (previously was lots of paper work). I've processed about 2000 of contracts with vendors and clients of Deloitte and highlighted, negotiated and got rid of crucial risks for Deloitte, what means saved reasonable amount of money and time for company and what is the main for Deloitte - name.

During my internship we organized first in the whole Ukrainian history state hackathon, which was one of the first steps of Ukrainian digitization. By bringing talented people together in competition state bodies were fulfilled with your and smart people who are making changes in Ukraine till today.

First legal job as a young studying lawyer. I was one of the initiators of the company, so we've build the company from scratch and were protecting interests of private clients in different spheres of law. The idea we created with the owner of the company works till today and providing legal help to Ukrainians.
