•Perform manual testing of mobile devices: core functionality, app compatibility and modem/network behavior (2G to 5G, VoLTE/VoWiFi, calls, SMS/MMS, mobile data).

• Capture and analyze device logs with ADB, Qualcomm (QXDM, QCAT) and MTK ELT tools to pinpoint root causes of failures.

• Reproduce issues, write clear bug reports in English and follow them through to resolution with the customer's teams.

• Test coverage & execution: led in-country testing in 10 countries across EEA, Gulf and Asia-Pacific (Czech Republic, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Australia, South Korea), coordinating 1-2 on-site testers per country.

• Mobile & network testing: oversaw core functionality, app compatibility and modem testing; covered calls, SMS/MMS, VoLTE/ViLTE/VoWiFi/ViWiFi, mobile data, handover, 5G/NR, IMS/SIP, SRVCC and CSFB scenarios.

• Log capture & analysis: captured and analyzed device behavior logs via ADB, Qualcomm QXDM/QPST/QPCAT, QCAT and MTK ELT during mobility field testing.

• Quality control & defect tracking: reviewed all daily reports and test documentation (issue descriptions, bug lists, test cases) and had errors corrected; filtered out invalid findings such as network issues unrelated to the device; registered confirmed issues in Jira and PDM. Typically 6-8 issues per country per 10-day project, with projects often running in parallel.

• Customer communication: primary technical liaison to the customer's R&D team: sent them verified daily reports, handled retests and validation of fixes, and drove critical cases to resolution.

• Team leadership: mentored and onboarded new team members; coordinated project setup and kept testing processes consistent across markets.

• Upgraded mobile software on devices from multiple vendors and chipsets (Qualcomm, MediaTek, UniSoc).

• Developed and executed test plans and test cases; reproduced, documented and tracked issues and bug lists.

• Collected and analyzed device logs (QXDM, QCAT, ELT, engineering menus, service commands) and worked extensively with ADB.

• Delivered testing projects on-site across multiple countries.

• As part of a ~10-person crew, built about 30 private houses from scratch, plus a shooting range and a hangar for a military-tech company, alongside many smaller roofing, facade and renovation orders.

• Worked directly with clients on scope and requirements; took responsibility for quality and delivered on schedule.
