• 6+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure administration
• Administration and support of virtualization infrastructure based on VMware vSphere ESXi and vCenter.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise server hardware (Dell,Supermicro, Huawei).
• Administration of Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure (2008 R2–2025):
  * Active Directory
  * Group Policy
  * DNS/DHCP
  * Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services)
  * File Services / DFS
  * Print Service
• Administration and support of Microsoft 365 services:

* Sharepoint

* Teams

* Exchange Online

* user and license management

* Defender

* PowerBI

• Support and basic administration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016.
• Monitoring and incident analysis using Zabbix.
• Troubleshooting complex L3 issues for end users and business-critical services.
• Basic administration of MS SQL Server and Power BI environments.
