I wrote an analytical part of a business plan aimed to optimize and adapt facilities of "Asovmash" Group to new limited demand at the internal market. I analyzed Ukraine's market of wagons and participated in preparing a plan aimed to establish enterprise within the one manufacturing unit of The Mariupol Plant of Heavy Engineering. As a part of the project, a new enterprise "Azovwagon" was established in 2018. Its capacity is 200 wagons per month.

The market research of cast billets in MENA, Asia-Pacific and Europe was prepared. The results are used in the program of steel plant "Azovelectrostal" LLC aimed to adopt new types of products and search of new export markets.

I found out demand on demand on wagons of European railway companies, including GATX Rail Europe (Austria), VTG Group (Germany), PKP CARGO (Poland), CFR Marfa SA (Romania), ZSSK Cargo (Slovakia), demand on spare parts of 15 wagon-building plants such as Tatravagonka (Slovakia), Greenbrier Europe (Poland), Waggonbau Graaff (Austria), Transwagon (Bulgaria) and elaborated opportunity to establish joint venture with it at the facilities of "Azovmash" Group. The research was conducted to find new ways of "Azovmash" Group's business development and solve crisis after the loss of access to main export markets in states of Eurasian Customs Union after Russia's aggression in Ukraine.

I researched the grain storage equipment market in Ukraine. I found out demand in equipment among 40 Ukrainian agricultural holdings including Nibulon, VITAGRO, Astarta, Alseeds Group, Privat Agro-Holding. I elaborated opportunity to establish joint venture with foreign manufacturers of grain storage equipment such as Sarempet/5Smak (Turkey), Bonfanti (Italy), Chief (the USA), Skandia Elevator (Sweden), SYMAGA (Spain) at the facilities of "Azovmash" Group or make «Trading House Azovmashexport» a dealer of some plants. After all the dealership agreement was signed with Sarempet/5Smak.

Reports on the situation at the market of separate types of wagons, spare parts, about activity and plans of competitor plants, buyers were prepared. I found out demand on wagons and spare parts of 2000 owners of rolling stock, including "Georgian Railways", "Pervaya Gruzovaya Compania", "Ukrros-trans". In 2013-2015 were signed contracts on procurement of 13 868 wagons to Ukrainian and foreign companies.
