Work with foreign counterparties (Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Switzerland);

Communication with customs brokers (submission of documents for customs operations);

Communication with agents in ports.

First direction: receipt of applications for the production of corrugated packaging, after-sales service, registration of shipment documentation, receiving complaints from customers and dealing with them regarding the resolution of controversial issues on defective products, work with warehouses and residues of finished products, inventory.

Second direction: calculation of loading of vehicles, search of vehicles, calculation of cost of delivery and search for new carriers, control of own fleet; drawing up contracts with carriers.

Third direction: purchase of raw materials and auxiliary materials, search for new suppliers; contracting with suppliers.

Dealing with clients' requests and complaints, after-sales service, registration of shipping documents, comparison of the plan of sale, production and cash proceeds from sale, resolving controversial issues with clients regarding defective products.

Development of technological documentation, work with documents regulating quality.
