• Ensures compliance of project to local legal and administrative standards.
• Leads communication between the engineering team and related departments such as ICITAP project legal and administrative staff.
• Reviews and oversees the development of construction progress reports with for all active construction projects.
• Directs and creates new construction projects.
• Creates and reviews scopes of work and designs for new construction efforts.
• Responsible for ensuring subcontractor technical compliance.
• Oversees proper timekeeping and project billing for all team members.
• Manages subcontractor QC/QA process development, implementation and ensures complaince.
• Directs and manages subcontractor communication, agreements, and commercial offers.
• Identify and correct issues in project design or planning.
• Direct the procurement of construction materials and equipment as needed.
• Responsible for communication with the project beneficiary, sponsor, and ICITAP management regarding project status/concerns.
• Develop and tailor project management documentation within the engineering team.

· To monitor and assess the needs of the population, suffered as a result of fighting at the Eastern Ukraine territory;

· Coordinate and manage the team of monitors;

· Combine information about available housing permits;

· Cooperate with local authorities, develop project implementation schemes in the conditions of Ukrainian legislation;

· Develop collected information;

· Participate Shelter Cluster;

· To develop the design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction and construction of accommodation;

· Provide support during implementation of Shelter project;

· Undertake other functions as delegated by the supervisor.

· Developing procedures of implementation of the rehabilitation project, including planning, monitoring, analyzing and reporting template;

· To ensure the proper functioning of the program falling under my responsibility, and ensures compliance with goals defined in the project proposals;

· To ensure performance of key indicators, objectives and progress to my immediate superior and team, signals any difficulties encountered improvements or reorganization on an as needs basis;

· To develop regular reports on project implementation;

· To establish and to support contacts with all partners and local authorities, involved with implementation of the project

• To conduct inspection of construction objects and enterprises;
• To obtain, following the procedure established by law, information from the executive authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations necessary for the performance of tasks entrusted to the inspector;
• Provide inspection officials - suggestions on necessity selective disclosure of separate structural elements of buildings and structures, surveys and measurements;
• Make inspection act and in case of detecting violations of regulatory requirements in the field of construction, urban planning and architecture, to make proposals for officials of the inspection on drafting a protocol;
• Make suggestions to the inspection team about getting to administrative liability of the employees guilty of the violation legislation in the field of construction, urban planning and architecture;
• Provide suggestions to managers and officials of enterprises about stopping works to eliminate violations;
• To receive citizens' in issues related with construction legislation;
