Functional responsibilities:- Organization of transfer of production to European standards.Planning and organization of productionwork.Management of the activities of the production workshop and personnel. Optimization of technologicalprocesses and resources used. Preparation of production.Quality control of order fulfillment.Prompt solution ofnon-standard production problems.

Inspection facilities: inlet separation systems, low-temperature separation and cooling of propane, stabilization of condensate, removal of acid gas components, regeneration of gas cleaning agents, removal of mercaptan unit and drying unit, sulfur recovery, storage of lump sulfur, heat and steam supply, water treatment and purification unit, unit of commercial accounting, gathering system, cluster sites and wells.

Functional responsibilities:

Verification the quality and composition of As-built documentation, Technical passports and Test packages for compliance with the contract and regulatory documents.

Supervision of organization and implementation of construction and installation.

Commissioning CPF and fields' facilities.

Participation in the incoming inspection of the equipment arriving at the construction site for compliance with the project, technical specifications, regulatory documents and standards. Checking certificates availability.

Verification and issue of comments for the As-build documentation, procedures, and work production plan according to technological schemes.

Observation and estimation of performed work.

Signature of acts, dossier and other documentation.

Supervision of the quality of installation of process equipment, piping and instrumentation. Participation in all types of testing of pipelines and equipments.

Issue and control of elimination of comments, recommendations and prescriptions for lists of defects, punch lists.

Verification, analysis and issuance of comments for the Contractor's plans and procedures of commissioning.

Supervision over the process of certification of imported equipment (volume of certification, timeliness of obtaining certification, completeness of calibration certificates, certification methods, etc.);

Participation in the inspections conducted at the Project facilities by Designer Supervision, Gosarhstroynadzor authority, Departmental inspections and Customer. Subsequent supervision and control over the timely implementation of prescriptions by Contractor in accordance with the results of inspections.

Support of the Working commissions after completion of the construction and commissioning stage, complex testing and acceptance into service.

Verification and approval of the composition and quality of the commissioning documentation for compliance with the Contract conditions, procedures and regulatory documentation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Development and issuance of the process solutions for the Project / Working documentation stages.

Commissioning and handover of Gas treatment complex facilities and fields (gathering system, cluster sites) to the operation service.

Conduction of all types of tests. Development of a procedure of the full-scale test of the main technological and auxiliary equipment.

Check the leak tightness of equipment and joints. Pressure testing equipment.

Drafting commissioning procedures.

Commissioning and output equipments and units to technological mode.

Support during operation of units, verification of the working project for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documentation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Checking of process equipments during installation for compliance with the requirements of passports, instructions and working documentation, issuing comments and recommendations regarding installation.

Registration of technical documentation.

Preparation of the As-build documentation, technical passports and test packages for compliance with the contract and regulatory documents.

Pre-design study of the initial data of the technical and commercial proposals.

Development of design technical documentation, working drawings and specifications.

Ensuring the efficient use of resources, checking the work done by workers in accordance with the drawings and specifications, timely implementation, within budget and with due respect for the environment, health and safety of personnel.

The issuance of tasks to adjacent departments.

Analysis of the operation and technical documentation to optimize production and verify that the project complies with the industrial safety requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Provision of engineering and technical assistance in the preparation of programs for the comprehensive testing of the main process and auxiliary equipment, drawing up procedures for commissioning the equipment.

Preparation of requests for the delivery of all necessary parts for the project.

Accounting for the receipt and expenditure of materials for construction.

Participation in the entrance control of the quality of materials and equipment at the construction site.
