Work directly with International Medical Corps Regional Humanitarian Program Officers/Managers to ensure the efficient operation of all programs and operations.Work with the MEAL team to monitor programs progress using the program indicator tracking table.Ensure timely, efficient and streamlined procurement and HR planning.Update Procurement and Work plans.Work with various program sectors, as well as procurement, logistics, human resources and finance to ensure compliance with all International Medical Corps policies to meet the needs of beneficiaries in a timely manner.Translate documents and provide interpretation support for the field site coordinator and international staff.Raise procurement requisitions in Deltek Costpoint system. Participate in projects follow-up meetings.Assist Field Site Coordinator in daily work assignments and follow up on their timely execution.

Work closely with current and planned water and sanitation programs and other major sectoral programs of the International Medical Corps.Plan and implement distribution of personal hygiene products for internally displaced persons and infection prevention and control kits in health care facilities.Assess sanitary and hygienic conditions of WASH infrastructures in the institutions where IDPs live.Develope bills of quantities for planned donations of humanitarian aid and further coordination of actions with Logistics department on procurement and delivery of humanitarian aid. Prepare and sign Donation Letters.Monitor and report on the progress of reconstruction works.Report in weekly meetings with the heads of departments and office manager.

Support and coordinate project leaders in their continuous improvement projects, Following up on their monthly/yearly target achievements and ensure that they adhere to the relevant instructions and requirements.Conduct monthly 5S audits at the production and administrative departments.Help the team in training of the employees and assist in the proper implementation of Lean Management tools such as: KATA, MAKIGAMI, VALUE STREAM, 5S aimed at continuous improvement of production and administrative processes.

Communication with customers. Searching for new customers.Sales planning of company's products.Weekly and monthly reporting on the targets achieved.

Assisst in writing and translating of emails in English for the production director and other staff. Ttranslate technical documentation, interpretation of meetings.
