Main responsibilities:
Activity planning: organization of staffing, training, technical support and project development;
Budgeting: preparing budget data and monitoring its implementation; Mutual settlements: checking and conducting mutual settlements with the customer, controlling the payment of bills;
Business meetings: preparing and participating in Weekly/Monthly Business Review, Weekly Status Meet, as well as participating in scheduled company meetings and attending meetings held by Team Leads with their teams;
Management processes: building and managing processes on the project, generating documentation, regularly analyzing the project’s work, organizing, coordinating and motivating the work of the support team; Communication: creating an effective system of communication and feedback on the project;
Scheduling: working with scheduling changes, monitoring their compliance with the workload forecast and other aspects.

- Managed 5 team leads with a team of 45 to 65 people (depending on project workload).
- Improved key project KPIs by 4 to 10% for each.
- Set up uninterrupted work of the team during blackouts.
- Organized project processes, including constant interaction between QA and L&D teams.
