Key Responsibilities:* Planning and organizing the day-to-day operations of the pipeline rehabilitation department.* Managing the impregnation of rehabilitation liners and coordinating pipeline rehabilitation works for sewer pipelines with diameters ranging from 300 mm to 1,000 mm in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.* Organizing and supervising technological processes, ensuring compliance with established rehabilitation procedures and technical requirements.* Coordinating the operation and effective use of specialized equipment supplied by the Danish company Per Aarsleff.* Completed specialized training in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation technologies provided by Per Aarsleff in Denmark.* Maintaining ongoing cooperation with Per Aarsleff, currently our key technology partner and supplier of materials for pipeline rehabilitation.* Planning material and equipment requirements and coordinating supplies necessary for the uninterrupted execution of projects.* Conducting negotiations and maintaining business relationships with European suppliers and technology partners.* Coordinating project implementation from preparation and material procurement through to the execution of rehabilitation works

My responsibilities included planning the supply of equipment, spare parts, and components required for project implementation and the execution of works carried out by the company. I was also responsible for organizing technological processes and managing all projects implemented by our company. I was involved in the successful implementation of more than 16 projects.

Procurement of process equipment from European manufacturers for the implementation of RUSAL’s projects. I have extensive experience negotiating with potential equipment suppliers. Responsibilities included managing and coordinating modernization projects at the Mykolaiv Alumina Refinery of RUSAL.
