1. Work with suppliers (Asia, Europe, USA): search (food and non-food products); supplier base maintenance; study of offers (catalogs, websites); price comparison; placement of orders (communication with the sales department; self-placement); order execution (receiving photo reports from factories); translation of product manuals from English into Russian and Ukrainian, their transfer to suppliers for printing and packaging of goods; control and self-preparation of documentation for settlements with suppliers; preparation of written and photo reports about defective goods, redirecting them to factories, finding solutions of these problems with suppliers.

2. Organization and maintenance of the LCL logistics process: freight rates monitoring; work with brokers.

3. Organization and maintenance of the FCL logistics process: monitoring of sea freight rates; container booking; tracking the delivery of containers to the port; communication with organizations for conformity assessment and product certification; preparation for freight forwarding in the port; work with brokers.

4. Work with a warehouse: control of goods arrival to the warehouse; control of loading of goods to customers; warehouse inventory.

5. Work with customers: search for wholesale customers in Ukraine, Moldova; customer base maintenance; price lists sending, telephone calls; orders taking; contracts signing, invoicing; search of transport for shipment of goods to buyers.

6. Accounting, finance: payment to suppliers through the Client-Bank system (SWIFT and other payments); data entry about products into the trading and accounting system 1C; calculation of final prices of the order; receiving money (cash) in the bank after customers bills payment; payment of current invoices of the company in the bank or through the Client-Bank system.

7. Advertising: placing ads on advertising boards on the web, specialized websites; self-change of information on the company's website; setting and changing context advertising Google.Adwords.

8. Competitors: analysis of competitors on the market.

9. Exhibitions: participation in specialized exhibitions (Ukraine); visiting specialized exhibitions (Europe).

10. Staff management: up to 10 people.
