Shopify theme development for MUUP, a Shopify Theme Store partner brand, October 2021 – October 2026.

• Built 7 themes published in the official Shopify Theme Store: Abode, Toyo, Meka, Loka, Filo, Styra and Elixira (including the Uno preset). Sole developer or primary developer in a two-developer team on each theme — approximately 2% of the themes available in the store at the time of counting.

• Implemented Figma designs provided by a partner studio using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Online Store 2.0, reusable sections, theme blocks and settings.

• Managed Theme Store submissions, fixed review findings and communicated with Shopify reviewers through approval.

• Maintained and improved released themes, developed new features and helped resolve merchant issues.

• Built mega menus, predictive search, product comparison, cart drawers, bulk quick add, pre-order and B2B quick order features.

• Improved performance and accessibility: Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, keyboard navigation, focus management and ARIA.

• Used Cursor and Claude Code with project rules and reviewed generated changes. Helped junior developers and reviewed theme code.

WordPress development | 2019–2021

At UpQode, I developed WordPress themes and custom client websites. My work included responsive front-end layouts, theme and PHP customization, Elementor and WPBakery Page Builder, WooCommerce storefronts, working with WordPress plugins, and ongoing website maintenance, troubleshooting and bug fixes.

Implemented responsive HTML/CSS layouts for client websites and gained initial hands-on experience with React.
