• Participation in organization of logistic base in Lviv region;
• Preparation of all necessary safety documents for the correct operation of the logistics base (orders, instructions, evacuation plans, safety signs, ...);

• Participation in the selection of contractors for loading works (cranes, forklifts): preliminary review of permits, licenses, safety documents, equipment, ...

• Safety induction to new employees;
• Monitoring compliance in departments of the company the applicable legislation in H&S and fire safety, timeliness of trainings for employees;
• Supervising the safe performance of works by employees and contractors at construction sites, conducting audits and preparing orders for elimination of violations;
• Monitoring and organization of periodical medical checking for employees;
• Monitoring and organization of safety trainings for responsible persons and employees (fire safety, work at height, confined space);
• Preparing of orders, safety regulations and instructions;
• receiving/renewal necessary permits for works with high risks (preparing, gathering all necessary documents, letters ...);
  
• Testing of equipment for work at height (harnesses belts, ladders).

- Managing the staff work + coordination of contractors;

- Ensuring continuous production process the packing of cement;

- Ensuring the process of shipping the cement (packed and bulk) + unloading raw materials (cars, wagons);

- Accounting of consumables (bags, pallets, ...), sales and stocks (daily and monthly reports);

- Ensuring safe work organization and staff compliance requirements instructions on labor protection, control the use of employees of individual and collective protection;

- Site safety induction for new comers, contractors and visitors. Giving all required HS relative information;

- Supervising of plants employees and contractors works at the plant;

- Monitoring implementation of HS standards and procedures on sites via daily inspections and audits, prepare reports;

- Visiting operational daily meetings, supporting for solving HS issues;

- Monitoring implementation of site safety systems (PTW, Risk Assessment, Energy Isolation (Lock out/ Tag out) to ensure it is used effectively);

- Preparation and conducting HS rules, Fire safety and Lafarge HS Standards& Advisories trainings for all employees and contractors;

- Development of safety instructions and procedures (Energy Isolation, Confines space works);

- Development and implementation of check-lists (electrical tools, lifting and mobile equipment, ...);

- Fire safety audits and inspections;

- Participate in monthly site audits and meetings for managers;

- Supervision of Energy Isolation standard (Lock out/ Tag out) working group, participation Mobile Equipment and Confined space working groups;

• Performing preventive maintenance and inspecting technological equipment for proper operation or signs of malfunctions;
• Assisting in the repair and adjustment of equipment.
