About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to specialize in Online Sports Betting. You’ll work closely with our product team and be the main contact for our Sports Betting partners.

Your main goal is to build strong partnerships with sports providers and help grow our business. You’ll handle account management and lead promotional campaigns to drive our expansion.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Online Sports Betting as Business Development Manager and/or Account Manager.
• Have well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Be ready and comfortable to take decisions and own responsibility for them.
• Be fluent in English.
• Know very well the mechanics and features in Sports Betting games.
• Be intelligent and polite, tolerant to colleagues and partners.
• Be business oriented and follow company strategy and goals.
• Be proactive and create/develop opportunities for the business.
• Be a team player and keep looking for improvement points in processes, strategy.

Will be plus

• Fluent in Ukrainian plus any foreign language.
• Experience with Virtual Sports, Fantasy Sports and related games to Sports Betting.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, project management.
• Experience and knowledge of iGaming business development in different countries.
• Have solid understanding of iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent account management service to our partners.
• Be the main point of contact for Sports Betting partners and provide full support in any questions.
• Research and establish communication with new potential Sports providers.
• Conduct competitor research by countries.
• Plan promotions and coordinate all your ideas with Anti-Fraud, Marketing, Design, Content Translations, and other involved teams.
• Work closely with Sportsbook Product Manager, Retention team and Account Management teams, to name a few.
• Perform Product QA partly.
• In a timely manner escalate, forward, send internally any information received from partners and forward the necessary / important facts to the colleagues.
• Generate ideas on how to improve our service, portfolio, workflows.
• Help grow the overall profit of the ecosystem through your own position and area of influence.
• Be the owner of your role, take decisions and responsibilities, feel free to suggest innovations, brainstorm with the team.
